This automation captures leads from both Facebook Lead Forms and the company website via inbound webhooks. It identifies the source of the lead, tags them accordingly (Meta or Website), and initiates a nurturing sequence. The workflow sends a brochure and booking calendar via email and SMS, creates or updates an opportunity, follows up with additional SMS, and sends internal notifications to ensure timely lead handling and maximize appointment conversions.

Automated Agent Commission Calculator (Based on Sales Data)

This automation calculates the buyer agent's commission using custom fields in the opportunity record. When the original list price or contract/sales price is updated, it triggers a condition-based flow that runs custom code to compute the commission. The user only needs to input the property’s selling price and agent commission percentage — the system then calculates and updates the commission automatically, improving accuracy and saving time in real estate deal processing.
